Your trash is to be taken out with you when you leave
Clubhouse is open to riders, it has 2 kitchens, sleeps 15 and has 2 baths $5/person/night in addition to above cost. Be sure to clean up after yourself!!! Outside spigot for watering and a pond on the trail no other water provided and no porta potties

You are subject to encounter turkey, deer, bear, ticks, poisonous snakes and very fragrant skunks!
9+- miles of trails varying from field paths to wooded 4wheeler trails, lots of hills
(The drop-off hill is a horse butt sliding hill and the rest are less steep but still fun)
Some ducking and dodging limbs or down trees
All gullies will be muddy (rain or not), bridges on the worse ones
No shoes are needed this is the flat lands with the mini mountains w/o rocks
